Pres-On Tack-Boards / chip boards are a great fit for unique, small part shipping and storage. Available with light weight pressure sensitive adhesive coatings on boards. Ideal for light weight parts such as springs, fasteners, or small plastic parts. Shippers simply peel off the release liner, stick light weight parts on, and they’ll stay in place during transit or in storage until ready for use. Parts are then easily removed without residue.

Pres-On Tack-Boards are the ideal solution for the transporting, handling, and storing of small parts such as springs, tiny electronic components, glass pieces, wireforms, and irregular-shaped plastic pieces. They eliminate need for separate containers. Pieces can be pre-arranged on boards by suppliers to conform to their customers’ assembly line timing, saving hours of sorting and distribution time. All parts of final product can also be grouped onto one board, regardless of shape or size.

Application Notes

Ensure bonding surfaces are well unified, clean, dry and free of dirt and oils. Apply firm and even pressure to improve adhesive-to-surface contact. Allow proper temperature and time to enhance bond strength as adhesive flows onto the surface.
