Foam for Battery Housings
Pres-On provides the Battery market with pre-cut gasket shapes, large and small sheets, rolls, and long length spools for battery housing.
Foam laminated to conductive copper film, or a conductive scrim. Foam laminated to aluminum foil. Individual pieces or sheets available for prototyping your lithium-ion battery. Applications include thermal runaway protection, and thermal protection of battery pack housings.
EV Charging Stations
UL rated foam gaskets are ideal for sealing components of charging stations. The closed cell structure of our neoprene and epdm foams provide excellent all weather and dust protection of critical parts. Foam tape gaskets have been a staple in enclosures for decades.
FMVSS-302 foams, include high temperature silicone, neoprene, polyurethane, and epdm foams in a variety of durable blends and densities to meet most any custom design.
Die-Cut & CNC Cut Shapes
Pres-On’s S600 and S800 Silicone Foam Tape Series can be die-cut or CNC cut to large and small shapes.
Neoprene Closed Cell Gaskets
Pres-On’s NE4100, NE4300, NE4400, and P8100UL Series offer soft to firm neoprene closed cell gaskets. Our exclusive wet-coat high-tack acrylic or rubber based adhesives offer a superior and long lasting bond. Available in thickness ranging from 1/32″ to 1.5″ thick, and widths from 1/4″ to 54″ wide.
