Pres-On is a manufacturer and convertor that specializes in custom products. Nearly everything is made-to-order. Pres-On can deliver its high temperature foam products as high temp foam tape rolls, long length spools for automation, custom die-cut parts, or kiss-cut shapes.
Pres-On’s capabilities include high temp foam sheets with customizable length, width, and thickness. We can make high temperature foam strips that are cut to specific dimensions. Additionally, Pres-On can produce custom gaskets, shapes, and parts based on technical drawings.

Pres-On’s S600 is a silicone foam that has either an acrylic adhesive. The material has a medium firmness when compared to other materials that Pres-On offers. S600 is available plain with no adhesive as a special order. The silicone foam on the S600 is the same as the S800, just with a different type of adhesive.
Pres-On’s S600 Silicone is a mix of open and closed cells. The open cell ‘close off’ when foam is compressed, creating a good water seal. S600 foam can withstand temperatures as low as -67°F to and can withstand temperatures as high as 392°F. The acrylic adhesive temperatures range is from -31°F to 300°F. This material has a flammability ratings for FMVSS-302, UL 94 V-0, ASTM E162, and ASTM E662. S600 Silicone has an ASTM D1056 Classification of 2D3 which means it is a closed cell foam, it has extreme temperature resistance, and has a 25% compression deflection at 9-13 psi. Also, it has a density of 22 lb/ft³. Overall, the S600 Silicone foam has great durability.
The S600 Silicone from Pres-On is great for most high temperature, or food equipment gasket applications. Furthermore, it is commonly used in the aerospace, automotive, battery, chemical, HVAC, and medical industries.
S800 Silicone Foam Tape with Silicone Adhesive
Pres-On’s S800 is a silicone foam that has either a silicone adhesive. The material has a medium firmness when compared to other materials that Pres-On offers. The silicone foam on the S800 is the same as the S600, just with a different type of adhesive.
Pres-On’s S800 Silicone is a mix of open and closed cells. The open cell ‘close off’ when foam is compressed, creating a good water seal. S800 foam can withstand temperatures as low as -67°F to and can withstand temperatures as high as 392°F. The silicone adhesive temperatures range is from -58°F to 446°F.

Viton® is a fluoroelastomer foam. The material has a medium firmness when compared to other materials that Pres-On offers. Pres-On offers Viton® with an acrylic PSA, but Viton® with no adhesive is available as a special order.
Viton® is a closed cell foam. It has excellent chemical and temperature resistance with an industry leading adhesive bond. Viton® can withstand temperatures as low as -10°F to and can withstand temperatures as high as 400°F. The acrylic adhesive temperatures range is from -40°F to 350°F.
Viton® has an ASTM D1056 Classification of 2B2 which means it is a closed cell foam, it has oil resistant properties with low swell, and has a 25% compression deflection at 5-9 psi. Also, it has a density of 10-19 lb/ft³. Overall, the Viton® has great durability.
The Viton® Silicone from Pres-On is great for most chemical compatibility and thermal gasketing applications.
FS1000 Foil and Silicone Foam Tape
Pres-On’s FS1000 is a silicone foam with an aluminized fabric face. The material has a soft silicone foam, and the aluminized fabric provides a quality heat-shielding insulator and fire resistance. The soft density cellular foam is ultra conformable, combined with the aluminized fabric can easily conform to irregular surfaces to create a protective barrier to aid in heat management.
Pres-On’s FS1000 Foil and Silicone Foam is an open cell foam. The FS1000 foam can withstand temperatures as low as -67°F to and can withstand temperatures as high as 392°F. The adhesive temperatures range is from -31°F to 300°F. This material has a flammability rating for FMVSS-302. The FS1000 has a density of 22 lb/ft³. Overall, the S800 Silicone foam has great durability.
The FS1000 Foil and Silicone foam tape from Pres-On is great for commercial and military vehicles, HVAC, lighting, motor housing, construction insulation, appliances, and other applications that require foam insulation with fire retardancy.
