Liner Insertion:  High Speed Cap Liner Insertion Machine. You send us the caps, we line at Pres-On. (cap size, shape, and material subject to review)

Material: Heat Induction Foil Seal. Aluminum Foil Seal, with PE Foam Backing. *Heat Induction Requires a Heat Induction Machine.

Diameters: 15mm – 125mm (standard cap sizes and custom size and shapes available)

Backing: Standard One-Piece Foil Seal is PE Foam backed at .007″ thick, additional backing options available, including thicker foam or board backing. Custom print also available for very high quantity production orders.

Most all Industry Leading Materials Available. Availability, minimum order quantities may vary based on material

Standard liners are clean peel. Specialty options available for Tamper Evident, Aggressive Bond, or Vented (dry goods only)

Induction lined caps MUST be applied using an induction sealing machine.

Pres-On’s cap liner materials and size offerings are compatible for most bottle & cap sizes/designs, and products, however it remains the responsibility of the end user to confirm if the liner is suitable for the intended use
