It is known for its excellent resistance to weathering, aging, and chemicals, making it a reliable material for various industrial and commercial uses. Neoprene foam offers exceptional thermal insulation properties, as well as outstanding resistance to high and low temperatures.

Pres-On neoprene foam tape is widely used in industries such as construction, enclosures, electronics, and HVAC. It is commonly used for sealing applications, gasketing, and cushioning. Additionally, Neoprene foam tape is also used for weatherstripping, vibration dampening, gap filling, gasketing, and cushioning purposes, providing a reliable solution for many industries.

Common Qualities of Neoprene Foam

Neoprene foam possesses several desirable physical properties. It demonstrates excellent compression resilience, allowing it to quickly regain its original shape and thickness after being deformed. Additionally, neoprene foam is flexible, accommodating various shapes and contours. It also offers reasonable resistance to oil, with a medium swell, making it suitable for applications where exposure to oils is a concern.

Furthermore, neoprene foam exhibits exceptional thermal resistance, withstanding both high and low temperatures effectively. It is a durable material, able to withstand regular use and maintain its performance over time. Another advantageous feature is that neoprene foam is composed of closed cells, which are completely sealed off and not connected to each other. This closed-cell structure provides insulation and prevents the absorption of moisture.
