PB400 Series Cling PVC Foam Tapes
Pres-On PB400 Cling PVC Foam Tapes are cast to a high-gloss paper liner creating an electrically charged foam surface that temporarily adheres to non-porous substrates, leaving no residue upon removal. PB400 performs well in a range of temperatures and remains pliable from -4° F to 172° F. This product is available in both, black and white foams and can be slit to specific widths or die-cut into custom shapes and sizes.

PB400 is recommended for use as a spacer or temporary cushion for the transportation and storage of non-porous materials such as glass or smooth metals. The adhesive coated version of this product is frequently utilized in the construction of expanded polystyrene (EPS) shipping pads for automotive windshields.

Storage
Product shelf life begins on the date of production as referenced by the lot number. PB400 has a shelf life of six months with adhesive and two years without adhesive when stored at or below 75° F.
Application Notes
Ensure bonding surfaces are well unified, clean, dry and free of dirt and oils. Apply firm and even pressure to improve adhesive-to-surface contact. Allow proper temperature and time to enhance bond strength as adhesive flows onto the surface.
