Why Pres-On for Data Center Sealing

Pres-On provides engineered data center foam tapes to optimize airflow, seal server rack gaps, and enhance cooling efficiency with our UL-rated, flame-retardant, custom die-cut foam solutions. We have multiple UL 94 V-0 rated foam tapes for data centers. Non-particulating foam gaskets are ideal for sealing airflow on data center modules. Direct-Coat Adhesive: Unlike many competitors who laminate double-sided tape onto foam, Pres-On uses a direct wet-coat adhesive. This allows the adhesive to flow into the foam cells, creating a stronger bond that won’t delaminate over time — a common failure point in hot server aisles.
