aggressive heat induction liners

Heat induction foil seals with added barrier layer for sealing aggressive products, board or foam backed. For PE (HDPE & LDPE), and PP bottles. Suggested for applications that require added barrier protection for aggressive products (chemicals, oils…etc.). Material complies with FDA regulation for food contact.

Backing is white (no print), custom print is special order for large volumes.

Sold as pre-cuts (bulk) or available for automatic cap liner insertion.
Pre-cut sizes: Pres-On has tooling to fit all standard cap sizes. We also have custom tooling options to fit any unique or custom cap sizes and shapes (round, oval, washers, single, tri-tab… etc.). From 15mm to 125mm sizes.

Available in one piece and two piece.
