Heat induction foil seals that vent through a paper layer. For universal bottles (HDPE, PP, PET, PVC, PS, Glass). Designed to prevent internal pressure build-up by venting through a paper layer. Recommended for dry products only. Material complies with FDA regulation for food contact.

Backing is white (no print), custom print is special order for large volumes.

Sold as pre-cuts (bulk) or available for automatic cap liner insertion.
Pre-cut sizes: Pres-On has tooling to fit all standard cap sizes. We also have custom tooling options to fit any unique or custom cap sizes and shapes (round, oval, washers, single, tri-tab… etc.). From 15mm to 125mm sizes.

Available in one piece and two piece. Not recommended for liquids.
