Pressure seal, kraft board liner with pressure activated adhesive. For sealing almost all plastic, metal, and glass bottles. Recommended for dry products only.
This is an Eco-Friendly alternative to polystyrene pressure seals. Made from a virgin pulp meeting FSC regulations. This eco-friendly cap liner’s pulp material is recyclable but will also decompose naturally if discarded in the trash. The ‘brown’ kraft is more eco-friendly than ‘white’ pulp, as it does not go through a bleaching process during production.
FDA Requirements: All elements of the product structure and printing materials comply with FDA requirements under Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 and EEC.

Pre-cut sizes: Pres-On has tooling to fit all standard cap sizes. We also have custom tooling options to fit any unique or custom cap sizes and shapes (round, oval, washers, single, tri-tab… etc.). From 15mm to 125mm sizes.
Pres-On does not recommend pressure seals for liquids and products containing significant amounts of oil. It is the end user’s responsibility for testing the compatibility of pressure seals with any bottle, cap, and product (solid or liquid).
