Pressure seal, polystyrene foam cap liner with pressure activated adhesive. For almost all plastic, metal, and glass. Freshness gasket seal. Recommended for dry products only. Material complies with FDA regulation.

Backing is Black print “Sealed for your protection”. Custom print is special order for large volumes.

Sold as pre-cuts (bulk) or available for automatic cap liner insertion.
Pre-cut sizes: Pres-On has tooling to fit all standard cap sizes. We also have custom tooling options to fit any unique or custom cap sizes and shapes (round, oval, washers, single, tri-tab… etc.). From 15mm to 125mm sizes.

Pres-On does not recommend for liquids. It is the end user’s responsibility for testing the compatibility of pressure seals with any bottle, cap, and product (solid or liquid).
