Pres-On’s Tackboard is a single coated S.B.S. board with a medium weight tack adhesives on one-side. The medium adhesive holds small to medium size parts in place during shipping and handling. Tacky boards are ideal for shipping and handling of springs, as well as any lightweight part.  The medium tack adhesive is also known as high tack adhesive to the spring industry.  It is designed for easy removal without residue. Other applications have included, mounting small parts for painting.

The board is .026″ thick. White with an easy to release liner paper.

The common sizes are made to easily fit in square boxes.  7-7/8” x 7-7/8”, 8-7/8” x 8-7/8″, 9-7/8” x 9-7/8”, 10-7/8” x 10-7/8″, 11-7/8” x 11-7/8″, 15-7/8” x 15-7/8″, and 17-7/8” x 17-7/8″.  Any customer square, rectangle, or even circle sizes are available.

Also available in brown chipboard, with a low tack in our “Tacky Board – Low Tack Series” for lighter weight parts.
