PE Foam Liner – .020″
Polyethylene foam cap liner, compression seal made from 3 layers of coextruded PE, for enhanced reseal closure liner performance, .020″ thick. For all bottle types. Recommended for reseal and washer gasket applications. Material complies with FDA regulation.
White on both sides.
Sold as pre-cuts (bulk) or available for automatic cap liner insertion.
Pre-cut sizes: Pres-On has tooling to fit all standard cap sizes. We also have custom tooling options to fit any unique or custom cap sizes and shapes (round, oval, washers, single, tri-tab… etc.). From 15mm to 125mm sizes.
Most common thickness is .020″, the thicker .030″ to .060″ may be required to best fit the compression space between the cap and bottle neck, this may vary based on cap and bottle design.
